Malta to host 10th inclassica international music festival

That’s right. In 2021, Malta will be hosting the 10th InClassica International Music Festival, which will feature 41 of the world’s most renowned and admired musicians from 24 countries.

The music festival, which is organised by the European Foundation for Support of Culture (EUFSC) and the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra, will take place between 17 April and 11 May 2021, and will be offering a super rich and exciting programme, including grand orchestral concerts with seven top orchestras at the Republic Hall of the MCC, in Valletta.

25 days of music. 25 days of bliss. 25 days of six international and prestigious orchestras, alongside the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra, Malta Youth Orchestra and various world-renowned soloists.

There’s more! The festival is more than just a music concert. InClassica is an eclectic experience, an observatory where you can observe the stars in the sky… except in this case; the stars represent some of the top musicians from all over the world.

“On behalf of myself and everyone at the EUFSC, I wish to convey how excited we are to be bringing such a high-quality event to Malta. This Festival marks an important turning point in Malta’s cultural history as it signals the country’s emergence as a new centre for classical music in Europe. We are confident that InClassica will bring to Malta an unprecedented number of cultural tourists who, as well as being drawn here by the programme of stellar talent, will of course be attracted by the fantastic range of seasonal, cultural and historic points of interest the country has to offer. We hope the Maltese population and resident international citizens will greatly enjoy and benefit from the musical events taking place, and share in our happiness and pride at being able to provide a home for this truly unique and special event,” said President of the EUFSC, Konstantin Ishkhanov.
