This Sunday 9 October at 10am, Floriana will host Malta’s next Eco Market, offering a wide range of eco-friendly goods for all the family

This weekend, the follow-up to the hugely successful 2019 Eco Market will take place in Floriana, bringing with it stalls offering beauty products, vegan food and drinks, jewellery and other unique handmade items, vintage and preloved clothing, amongst many others.

The event is organised by Eco Market Malta in collaboration with Kunsill Lokali tal-Floriana, and, in addition to the many products and consumables available for purchase, also features a variety of cultural attractions taking place at Ġenna ta’ Ġonna,. These include guided tours and band parades, with free access granted to the gardens, museums and other historical places of interest.

Sustainable living is an increasingly prominent issue for citizens around the world, with organisations such as Eco Market Malta providing vital information, community support and engagement through events such as this. With increasing attention placed on how and what we consume, initiatives such as these are an important way of enriching our knowledge and appreciation of the many fantastic goods and activities available to us as part of this new, ecologically-focused landscape.
