Housed inside Romegas, a beautifully restored 16th-century palazzo on Old Bakery Street, the new restaurant offers a more intimate chapter for the award-winning concept. The boutique property, home to just 23 luxury rooms, gives guests the rare pleasure of enjoying contemporary luxury surrounded by centuries of history.

While the St Julian’s flagship has long been recognised for its sophisticated waterfront dining, the Valletta location introduces a more boutique and intimate setting within the walls of the capital’s historic centre.
