Couples Cooking Class Rabbit Tagliatelle
Hand-cut tagliatelle from scratch served with a beautiful ragù made from local rabbit. Finish of with a Basque burnt cheesecake. The chef instructors will guide you through the steps of transforming eggs, flour and a few other ingredients into velvety, rich tagliatelle. To complement the pasta, the instructors will show you how to turn inexpensive cuts of meat into a delicious, hearty ragù and how to cook the two together to create the perfect finished dish.
All recipes, tools and ingredients are provided during the session.
Things don’t end once the cooking session is complete. You can choose to enjoy the fruits of your labour with your partner and sit at your table to dig into your meal with a glass of wine.
