An evening of Maltese satire with Ċikku l-Poplu under the guise of a musico-literary evening. This time, alongside original songs, we are presenting for the first time to the general public a selection of literary works from the National Secret Archive, including letters from Piyale Pasha to the Sultan Suleiman during the Great Siege of Malta, and epistles of St Paul to the Maltese. Together with several guests, we invite you to this evening where everything and everyone is a target for the songs and writings of Alex Vella Gregory. Politics, the environment, culture, society…no one is safe. This evening is intended for a mature audience (16+) and will be in Maltese.
