Pastizzi figolli are back this easter
Easter weekend is fast approaching and with the situation being what it is at the moment, we need all the joy we can get! That’s where Sphinx Pastizzeria and their sister company Champs come in to play, as they are bringing back their seasonal pastizzi in the form of Figazzi.
What are Figazzi exactly?
They are a hybrid of two Maltese staples, the crunchy, flaky savoury pastizzi we all know and love, and the almondy, delicious Easter treats that come out annually, figolli. Head on down to your local Sphinx or Champs outlet, order a dozen for your friends and family and put a little smile on their faces this otherwise, uninspired, Easter season.
Sphinx Pastizzeria has, over the years, built a reputation for themselves as the place you can get your hands on innovative versions of the classic pastizz, as they take beloved flavours and combine them with Malta’s iconic guilty pleasure icon.
The Pastizzeria have previously blessed the population with seasonal treats like the Nutella Flower during Christmas, and their pride-themed colourful pastizz.
