A Spotlight on Women's Wartime Experiences: The Unseen and Unheard Exhibition

A Spotlight on Women's Wartime Experiences: The Unseen and Unheard Exhibition

A display of war and microhistory tales from Malta and other places is being held by the Storm Petrel Foundation. With artefacts and items gathered from diverse sources, this archive show is centred on the experiences of women and girls during World War II. Five rooms make up the show, each of which represents a distinct time period or area of interest.

Discussions between the NGO and Robert Attard, who unearthed a collection of letters written by a young German woman during World War II and some of which are on show, gave rise to the idea for the exhibit.

The public can view the event from 5:30 pm to 8 pm on Thursday and Friday, 13 and 14 April. There are only a few seats available for both days, so it is advised to reserve them in advance by sending an email to info@stormpetrelfoundation.org.
