Schwartz, the mastermind behind iconic songs like “When You Believe” (famously performed by Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston for The Prince of Egypt), is bringing his talents to Malta. His impressive resume includes collaborations with legends like Hans Zimmer and Alan Menken, resulting in timeless classics from Pocahontas, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and Disney’s Enchanted and Disenchanted. Known globally for Wicked, which holds the title as one of Broadway’s best-selling shows ever, Schwartz’s star-studded movie adaptation will soon hit theaters featuring Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo. 

Having penned over 14 musicals, Schwartz is a Broadway legend, with three shows running more than 1,900 performances—a record first hit by Wicked in 2008.
