Local Yana’s Jewellery featured in British Vogue
Just last week, Maltese jeweller Yana Azzopardi announced and celebrated being featured in the June issue of the well-known and well-loved British Vogue magazine!
“Today is a big day for us. Happy to say that we are featured in the June issue of British Vogue Magazine amongst other international jewellery designers. Definitely something ticked off my bucket list,” said the company on Facebook.
According to British Vogue (how exciting!), the store is described as drawing inspiration from her family history in jewellery making. She created stand-out bold and vibrant pieces to make women of all ages feel unique.”
The issue also featured a piece of the jewellery, which was created specifically for the feature, which will be made available for purchase soon!
Yana has spent the last nine years designing an impressive range of elegant, handmade statement or minimal necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings.
What started off as a keen hobby soon turned into the launching of Yana’s bespoke costume jewellery brand, back in 2010. She is no stranger to the UK, as she was invited to exhibit her first collection in Brick Lane, London, which contributed to her taking up her hobby full time. Yana expanded her brand, opened her first shop in Msida in 2013, her second in Sliema in 2018 and just recently, in Paola.
