The Local Business Awards took place over the weekend with the aim to pay tribute to and reward the local community’s best businesses. These awards are an opportunity for Malta to celebrate and recognise the outstanding achievements and contribution of the local diverse business community, and also provides an opportunity for local businesses to come together and build a vibrant local business network.

Carisma Collection’s local sibling trio took home the Best Local Jewellery Design and Technique Award.

The local jewellery brand was founded last year by three siblings Carlos, Ismael and Martina Borg. It was formed by combining their names to create CAR-IS-MA, representing the unbreakable bond they share. 

The siblings took to social media to express their gratitude:” We honestly cannot think of a better way to celebrate our first anniversary and wanted to thank you all once again for your support. To say that we are humbled by all the love and recognition our brand has received in the last year is nothing short of an understatement. From our hearts to yours, we thank you.”
