Experience the unique aroma and flavour of truffles freshly dug from the earth and now finding their place on the fanciest of tables at The Chef’s Table in Bugibba on Thursday 18 November

Join Chef Patron Alain James Grech as he takes you on a truffle journey, with an exquisite seven course menu of sweet and savoury dishes featuring those earthy, ethereal delicacies.

On the night, you will be tasting how truffles and wine can enhance each other with tastings of Chef Patron Alain’s truffle dishes matched with premium wines.

The menu includes everything from slow roasted scallops and local ricotta ravioli to local grouper and stuffed chicken supreme as a main course. Let’s not forget to mention the truffle, honey and lavender dessert. Coffee and petit fours will follow to close off the night!
