DRAGO will take place at the Società Filarmonica Nazionale La Valette, Triq Ir-Repubblika, Il-Belt Valletta, Malta between Friday, 11 March 2022 and Sunday 20 March 2022

Maltese professional snooker and pool player Tony Drago, more professionally known as Tornado Tony, is set to feature as the main protagonist in the new play self-titled as ‘DRAGO’. Co-produced by the Valletta Cultural Agency and Teatru Malta ‘DRAGO’ is set to give the audience an insight into Drago’s life challenges, competition quarrels, and other snooker-related drama which has yet to be disclosed. The Maltese snooker legend is particularly appreciated by his supporters and his fellow players in the snooker world for his speed around the table, and ‘combination of exceptionally fast play and emotional temperament’. Tornado Tony has two professional titles under his belt, the 1993 Strachan Challenge Event 3 and the 1996 Guangzhou Masters.
