Malta’s Kailey Willis and Ileana Farrugia scored two goals during Saturday’s match against Azerbaijan at Inver Park in Larne, Northern Ireland, marking a win for Malta U19 Women’s team during their second European qualifier.

Azerbaijan took the lead with a goal in the very first minute, until Willis scored the first goal for Malta at ’62, which was followed by Farrugia’s winning goal at 69′.

Malta has now climbed to the second place in League B Group 1 of the UEFA Women’s Under-19 Championship, with a total of four points.
