Mandarin and traditional Chinese painting classes to take place this summer

Applications for the summer classes in Mandarin and traditional Chinese painting at the CCC are now open

After two years of online classes due to restrictions, the China Cultural Centre in Malta has opened its doors to those interested in Chinese culture and as from the 4 July, will host physical classes of Mandarin for children between the age of 7 and 12 as well as traditional Chinese painting classes for adults over the age of 12.

Yang Xiaolong, director of the China Cultural Centre in Malta expressed his gratitude: “For several years, we have been planning to hold Chinese or arts classes in the summer, but due to the sudden pandemic, we had to postpone the plan. Now we are finally doing so and hope for your active recognition and participation. We will continue to work hard to bring more great content to the people of Malta.”

After the summer, the China Cultural Centre in Malta will continue to hold a series of lectures from October 2022 to June 2023 offering different levels from beginner to advance for children and adults, allowing more and more people to discover Mandarin.

Mandarin lessons will take place on Monday and Thursday from 10:30 to 12:00 and Traditional Chinese painting lessons will take place on Wednesday and Friday from 11:00 to 12:30.

The course fee is that of  60€ for CCC members and 82€ for non-members.
