In their final Group A match at the FIBA U18 Women’s European Championship Division C, Malta’s U18 girls defeated Andorra with a score of 71-42. The Maltese team surpassed expectations by beating the home team in every single quarter, particularly dominating in the last quarter. The Malta basketball contingent is currently in Andorra, where they will play against either Moldova or Andorra in the Semi-Finals next Saturday. If they manage to overcome this hurdle, they will advance to the Finals. This will take place on Sunday 31 July.
