This Thursday 8 September, Spazju Kreattiv will screen a production of David’s new play, Straight Line Crazy
Broadcast live from London’s National Theatre, Straight Line Crazy examines the career of Robert Moses, an American public official remembered for his immense impact both on New York and on urban planning across the USA.
Throughout his career, he was responsible for the planning and construction of parks, bridges and over six hundred miles of expressway. However, in recent decades, his legacy has come under increased scrutiny due to his ruthless ambition and marginalisation of minority communities while in office.
Set in 1920s New York, the play offers a fascinating insight into one of the city’s most influential figures, and features a star-studded cast led by Ralph Fiennes.
