This Friday 30 September, Speazju Kreattiv will host the premiere of It-Teatru tal-Miskin, a new musical theatre production by Luke Saydon exploring themes of acceptance and visibility

The production — a work from musical theatre company Saydon Studios — is set in the fictional village of Ħal Fern, and the events surrounding a troupe of clowns arriving in the village to perform their production, It-Teatru tal-Miskin.

The show is a coming-of-age story in the context of the LGBTQ+ community, exploring themes of acceptance, visibility and intolerance.

It-Teatru tal-Miskin features an accompanying outreach programme, and is supported by Arts Council Malta, Aġenzija Żgħażagħ, MGRM, ARC, Spazju Kreattiv, European Year of Youth, BOV Foundation and Deloitte Foundation.
