Maltese FIFA certified referee Matthew De Gabriele will be joined by Jurgen Spiteri and Mitchell Scerri as his Assistant referees to officiate the UEFA Youth League match between Maccabi Haifa FC Youth of Israel and Juventus Youth.

The match will take place as part of the fourth round of the group sage of the Youth Champions League and  will be held at the Netanya Stadium, in Israel at 1pm Malta time.

Juventus beat the Maccabi Haifa youth team 3-1 in the previous match hosted in Turin. 

This appointment represents another milestone and another step in the right direction for Maltese football.
