This Friday 4 November, Gzira’s Afro Deli and Coffee will host ‘Meet Me Halfway’, a concert featuring Ida Ambrose (Denmark) and Mosiah (Trinidad and Tobago), as well as various local migrant artists and DJs. The event is curated by UpBeat Music House, an NGO formed in 2014 which works to help foster integration between immigrants and locals through the power of music. Meet Me Halfway is funded by the Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector through the Voluntary Organisations Project Scheme (VOPS).
