Next Friday, the University of Malta’s Valletta Campus will host HomeBound, a brand-new theatre piece by Marco Calleja. Set in the futuristic town of Techville, the play centres around the residents’ utopian existence, and what lies outside the town’s idyllic environment when one girl’s curiosity threatens to shatter its very foundations. HomeBound is an original work written and directed by Marco Calleja, with musical direction by Rebecca Attard and Mirabel de Gabriele and choreography by Hannah Spiteri and Maria Agius Muscat. The play’s producer is Rachel Zammit.
