What to expect at tomorrow's grand Christmas artisan market

A grand Christmas artisan market will take place at the stunning Palazzo Parisio in Naxxar on Saturday 26 November from 12-10pm

Malta’s top artisans will be showcasing and selling their products in the grand ballroom and the stunning rooms as well as in the garden and conservatory of Palazzo Parisio. Thoughtfully curated, the market will present around 70 artisan producers offering a variety of arts and crafts including homeware and accessories, handcrafts, mixed media arts, as well as local food producers. Entrance to the market will be free for visitors.

Artisans on the day include some of Malta’s most talented artists; Original Art by Nikki, C.S.Lawrence Art, GregArt Malta; jewellers including Nadege Renee, Handcrafted Maltese Filigree, Firecrafted, I Gioielli di Nina, Saliba’s Gold & Silversmith, Sue’s Jewels, Janine Jewellery, Terra and more. Rosita Silk Sense with handmade stunning silks, candles and room fragrances from Burlesque Candles, 24 Candle Lab and lots of lovely wellbeing and beauty products including Natural Soaps Malta, Farmalchemy and 360 Oils. Craft work will be on offer with Gabe and her gorgeous head scarves and Berivan Serin Stone Painting. Original egg art will be present with new EGGsperience and lots of lovely pottery including Vidal Pottery and Ġmiel bl-Idejn.

Bonnymia

Gee's Jams

Newcomers to the market include Bonnymia with their handmade art of wood as well as Atelier Gable with stunning handmade leather handbags. Monumental Mosaic Project will also be there as well as delicious preserves and goodies from Gee’s Jams, With Love from your Kitchen, Julian’s Heavenlies, TOMA, Earth Offerings and more. Sunday in Scotland will sell delicious chocolate gift packs on the day- whilst DJ Don Peltrinsky will spin his Yuletide tunes to get everyone in the mood for Christmas and all things Christmassy.

For kiddos there will be sand art in the garden by Sabrina Sand Art.

The market is the perfect place to make a day of it and to meet small, independent creative business entrepreneurs and shop an array of unique artisanal products while supporting local artisans. It is an ideal opportunity to shop and support local for Christmas presents and spend a lovely day meeting friends and family.

Visitors are invited to book for breakfast, lunch and festive afternoon tea at Palazzo Parisio during market weekend. There will also be snacks and drinks for sale on the day.
