Gaia Gambuzza with the song ‘Diamonds in the Sky’ placed sixteenth, receiving a total of 43 points . The thirteen-year-old from Mosta performed fourth, sandwiched between Kazaksthan and Italy.

France has won the 2022 trophy with the song “Oh maman!“, performed by Lissandro. The silver medal was given to Armenia with the song “Dance!”. EBU received votes from a total of 175 countries.
