A staggering amount of €3,011,000 was raised by Puttinu Cares during a fundraising event shown on live television. The money will be put to use to support and help a large number of locals who are coping with cancer and other severe illnesses. This accomplishment follows the 18th Puttinu Cares Friday Walk, which attracted thousands of locals to donate and take part. Puttinu Cares is currently renovating a building in London to meet the needs of Maltese patients who require treatment.
