Maltese News Channel to Broadcast King Charles' Coronation
King Charles III will be crowned on Saturday and an exclusive programme will be broadcast on the Maltese news channel TVM News to commemorate his coronation. Given the popularity of his mother Queen Elizabeth II, King Charles will have a tough act to follow.
King Charles’ coronation is an important occasion for Malta as well as the UK and other Commonwealth nations. Over 2,200 guests from 203 nations have been invited to the coronation. George Vella, the president of the republic, will represent Malta. The coronation ceremony will be aired live on TVMnews+ this Saturday.
