This is not the first board game night the bar is hosting, and hopefully not the last! However, for this edition, winning a game of Village will earn you more than a sense of accomplishment. Throughout the night, each Village winner will be awarded a complimentary pint of delectable Mela Mela, a light and fruity Pale Ale beer made just for Malta! 

Here’s how the game works: In Village, each player assumes control of a family and makes numerous attempts to assist them in achieving fame and glory. But one thing you must always remember is that time does not stop for anyone, and eventually, people will simply disappear. A person will respect their family and go closer to triumph if they are recorded in the local chronicles. The objective is to efficiently manage the lifespans of each of your family members so as to gain the maximum number of prestige points. 

Don’t worry if you didn’t quite get it, as they’ll be providing information about how to play some of the games. Here are some of the games we’ll have available: Zombicide, Exploding Kittens, Lewis & Clark: The Expedition, Steam Time, Terraforming Mars, Betrayal at Baldur’s Gate, Mangrove, La Citta, Dixit – and that’s not even all of them!
