Workshop for Teens at Palazzo Falson Historic House Museum This March

Head to Palazzo Falson Historic House Museum for an inspiring poetry workshop designed for teens aged 12 to 17, taking place on Sunday, 23 March 2025, from 10:30am to 12:00pm. This unique session blends literature, history, and hands-on creativity, offering participants the chance to explore poetry in a truly immersive setting.

Begin the experience with a guided exploration of the historic museum, where a glimpse into Olof Gollcher’s personal poetry collection sets the tone for creative inspiration. Then, take part in an engaging workshop where participants will craft their own original poems in a personalised journal they will decorate themselves.

The session also offers the opportunity to delve into the poetic reflections of Lord Byron on Malta and uncover the works of Felicia Hemans, a distinguished 19th-century poet admired by Sir Walter Scott and William Wordsworth.

Designed to spark creativity and encourage self-expression, this workshop is the perfect way for young minds to engage with poetry in a historic and inspiring atmosphere.
