Pitbull to Headline Major Summer Concert in Malta This Summer
American rapper and singer-songwriter Pitbull will perform live in Malta on 2 August 2026, headlining a major outdoor concert at Ta’ Qali National Park, with special guest Lil Jon.
The event is expected to draw thousands of fans during the peak of the island’s summer entertainment calendar.
Known globally by his moniker “Mr Worldwide,” Pitbull has built a vast international following through a string of chart-topping dance and pop collaborations. His live shows are renowned for high-energy performances, large-scale staging and crowd interaction.
Lil Jon, a leading figure in hip-hop and crunk music, will open the concert, setting the tone for what organisers describe as a high-intensity production. The show will feature extensive visual effects, pyrotechnics and a full live performance setup, including Pitbull’s backing band and dancers.
The Malta performance follows Pitbull’s recent global tour, which sold out arenas across multiple countries and sparked widespread social media trends, including fans adopting the artist’s signature bald look as part of the concert experience.
Ticket prices will range from €60 for general standing and accessibility tickets to €200 for VIP seated packages.
Organisers have announced an early registration window for fans seeking priority access.
Registration opens at 11am local time on Tuesday, 17 February via the official event website and closes at 1am local time on Thursday, 19 February.
Fans who register during this period will receive priority access to purchase tickets starting at 9am local time on Friday, 20 February. General ticket sales will open later that morning at 11am through the same online platform.
The staggered release is intended to manage anticipated high demand for what is expected to be one of Malta’s largest live music events of the summer.
