Silent Disco at the Malta National Aquarium: Halloween edition
Following a successful instalment just last month in celebration of their 10th year anniversary, the Malta National Aquarium is hosting another Night at the Aquarium on Friday 27 October. This time, however, they’re taking it a step further and bringing some Halloween spirit to the table.
Night at the Aquarium, the name perhaps being an homage to ‘Night at the Museum’, is a one-of-a-kind event in more ways than one. The party will be held at the aquarium itself, meaning it certainly will come alive as guests get to party surrounded by tanks and marine life. In order to not disturb the fish, the party will be a silent disco, which means the music will come from sets of wireless headphones which are handed out to all guests beforehand.
Haven’t you ever wondered what the aquarium looks like after dark? Well, now you can see for yourself! Attendees will get after-dark access and be free to explore as they please, giving you a chance to roam the aquarium while it’s much less crowded, or even get away from the party if need be. Plus, the Virtual Reality Experience will be available once again, except this time with a supernatural element!
What’s more, a spooky cocktail bar will take the gin bar’s place this time around, with mixologists whipping up all kinds of mysterious yet delicious Halloween potions! Plus, all guests will be treated to a free drink upon entering. Do note the event is for people aged 17 or older. Tickets are priced at €20 per person and can be purchased here.
It all starts at 8 pm. Secure your tickets while you still can for a mystical night of marine enchantment that you’ll be telling all your friends about until next Halloween.
