One of Malta’s leading architecture firms, Chris Briffa Architects, has reached a noteworthy achievement with their outstanding project, Tabizaki’s Shadows Apartment, securing a prestigious nomination for the Archdaily’s Building of the Year 2024 award.

According to the firm, this holiday home pays homage to Japanese idioms inspired by Junichirō Tanizaki’s famed essay, In Praise of Shadows.
