Mużika Mużika returns this March with Keith Demicoli, Clare Agius, and Morisa Delia as hosts. Now in its fourth year, Mużika Mużika, a prestigious festival organised by Festivals Malta, celebrates various genres of Maltese music through an annual competition.

The event kicks off on Thursday, 14 March, with the semifinals, where 20 contestants will vie for a spot in the finals. On Friday, 15 March, the festival continues with an evening dedicated to classic Maltese songs, featuring the 20 semifinalists alongside established local singers. Following this performance, the 12 finalists will be announced. The competition culminates on Saturday, 16 March, as the 12 finalists compete for the coveted title.

Last year’s champion, Gianluca Bezzina, clinched victory with the song ‘Sabiha’. This year, familiar faces such as Maxine Pace, MARA (a girl group), Andreana Debattista, and Cliff Zammit Stevens will grace the stage amongst several new comers.
