Masterchef Malta said goodbye to one more contestant last night, as the last semi-final saw four become the final three.

During the nail-biting semi final, the participants were tasked with replicating Guest Chef Grigoris Kikis’ dishes. As one of the youngest chefs to earn a Michelin star in Greece, his refined culinary expertise was perfect for judging the semi-final challenge!

All four contestants were praised by the judges but it was Ivan Giordano who was sent home, leaving David, Ray George and Nicolas to compete for the ultimate prize this Sunday, where they are expected to cook and present a faultless three-course meal. 

With three chefs battling for the coveted title in the MasterChef finale, only one will raise the trophy. Who will it be?
