This year, Kantamagħna is introducing a fresh twist, with two exciting categories: Kantamagħna Junior for rising stars aged 11 to 15, and Kantamagħna Festival for singers aged 16 to 35.

All the singers will be accompanied by the legendary DCapitals Big Band, a stunning 18-piece ensemble led by the talented Mro George Apap. That’s right—live big band music elevating the entire performance to a whole new level. The combination of powerful voices and full-band backing promises an electric atmosphere throughout the evening.

The competition is fierce, with trophies up for grabs for the top three performers in each category. But the real showstopper? The winner of the Kantamagħna Festival will receive an exclusive, one-year experience with the DCapitals Big Band, performing at both local and international events—an opportunity of a lifetime for any aspiring artist!
