Guests will embark on a culinary journey, each dish meticulously paired with a selection of the finest champagnes from the prestigious Billecart-Salmon house. The evening begins with a welcoming live station featuring NV Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve, perfectly complementing fresh oysters served ‘ou naturel’ with lemon and mignonette sauce.
The first course introduces NV Billecart-Salmon Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs, a refined choice paired with a seasonal tuna crudo Niçoise, followed by the 2009 Billecart-Salmon Cuvée Elisabeth Salmon Rosé alongside a luxurious Carnaroli risotto of local red prawns, preserved lemon, and thyme.
