Rob Spiteri to Take On 36 Hours of Non-Stop Drumming in Aid of The Malta Community Chestfund

After drumming non-stop for 24 hours two years ago, Rob Spiteri is back — and this time, he’s raising the stakes.

On 17–18 May 2025, Rob will take on his biggest challenge yet: 36 hours of continuous live drumming with no breaks, all in support of The Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation — one of Malta’s most important charitable organisations.

And he won’t be doing it alone.

Over the course of this epic drumathon, more than 100 performers will join Rob across 34 different acts, featuring some of Malta’s biggest names, including:

  • Ira Losco
  • The Travellers
  • Tribali
  • Emma Muscat
  • Big Band Brothers
  • Sarah Bonnici
  • … and many more.

Why It Matters

The Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation is a cause close to Rob’s heart. The Foundation provides essential financial, medical, and social support to individuals and families across Malta. Its services include:

  • Funding specialised treatments locally and abroad
  • Supporting persons with disabilities
  • Offering aid to those in need across all sectors of society
