Beloved celebrity chef Gino D’Acampo has announced the launch of his first-ever international restaurant — and he’s chosen the stunning Mercury Towers in Malta as the location. Set to open in June 2025, ‘Luciano by Gino D’Acampo’ promises to deliver an unforgettable dining experience just in time for summer.

Perched on the fifth floor of the luxurious ME Malta Hotel, Luciano will bring the heart and soul of classic Italian cuisine to life. Designed by Gino and his top-tier culinary team, the menu will spotlight traditional dishes made with the highest quality ingredients; no shortcuts, and definitely no carbonara with cream and mushrooms!

“Luciano is all about celebrating the true flavours of Italy,” says Gino. “We’re bringing an authentic, experiential menu to Malta; it’s about the ingredients, the passion, and of course, the fun.”
