F.A.I.T.H release debut single with LEX

The super star all-girl group F.A.I.T.H, who shot to fame on the second season of X Factor in Malta, have released their debut music video and single, in collaboration with DJ LEX.

F.A.I.T.H was originally comprised of four members, including Demi, Chanelle, Ema and Megan and were put together by their judge and mentor Howard Keith during the bootcamp stage. The chemistry was electric between the four, a feeling that was emphasised even further when the fifth girl, Maya, was added to the group during the chair challenge. The group was an immediate favourite amongst the viewers on the show, and they went on to secure third place in the finale.

Two years on and though their impressive momentum was stalled due to the ongoing pandemic, giving up was not on their schedule. Cue their new single, titled The Take Off, one of the songs from their upcoming EP.

“It was our first time working on original music and writing lyrics together as a group and so this has a special significance for us,” said Megan.

The song, which was co-written by DJ LEX, represents the kick-start to their hopefully long career. The music video was directed by Steven Levi, the music was produced by LEX and the vocal production and mixing by Howard Keith. F.A.I.T.H are also signed to Jagged House Music Company.

“I’m very proud of the girls and how they kept bouncing back from all the hurdles they faced. Keeping a newly formed group together during a pandemic was no easy task for the girls, from quarantines to lots of Zoom meetings, but this showed how determined they all are. They are surely here to stay,” said Howard Keith.
