Clintess dedicates 6th studio album to her late dad
A year after the passing of her father, local influencer and singer The Clintess, released her 6th studio album ‘401’ on the May 9, 2021.
This new record encompasses nine tracks in all, on which Clintess worked closely with top Maltese producers and writers namely Toby Farrugia, Cathy K, Dominic Cini and Etienne Micallef.
Why ‘401’ you may wonder? Clintess’ dad, Charles, passed away peacefully last year in room 401 at 4:10am at Saint James Hospital in Sliema. The idea to create a tribute album for her Dad came about after working on ‘For You Dad’, a song she dedicated to him for Father’s Day. The incredible success and response received from this track instilled the drive in Clintess to keep on creating more music. As a result of this, ‘401’ was born.
Clintess has released three music videos from this 6th musical journey so far. These were ‘For You Dad’, ‘We All Need Love’ that ranked 8th in the Top 20 Chart on Radju Malta, and ‘This Is The Time’ ft. Stefan Varga that made it to number one in the Top 20 Chart on Radju Malta.
The influencer and singer is working on more music videos from this record under the management of Taz & Miriam Gardner (MTLATV Media House), while filming Season 2 of her online Reality Show “The Real World Of The Clintess”.
