Back by popular demand, Radisson’s Kontiki restaurant is relaunching its renowned Sunday lunch buffet this month.
Every Sunday, starting from the first weekend in December, patrons may discover a flurry of international recipes and flavours at this casual family restaurant, fit for royalty; a place where each and every dish is prepared with passion and served with pride.
What can patrons expect from the painstakingly curated menu?
A selection of warm, fresh bread, made at the ‘in-house’ bakery; a wide variety of hot and cold antipasti; heart-warming soups to counter the coldest or wettest of days; a risotto and pasta station; an ethnic stall and an Indian corner, perfect for those possessing a penchant for spicier dishes; a carving station and accompanying hot counter serving a variety of meats and mouth-watering side dishes; an extensive cheese board featuring both local and international cheeses… and lastly a selection of pastries, cakes, home-made ice cream and seasonal fresh fruit, and of course a selection of dishes for their younger guests.
The only difficulty with this sumptuous menu will be the desire to sample as many flavours and dishes as possible.
