The fantastic skatepark in Msida, which is located in the middle of a motorway loop, has recently undergone a massive transformation.

Infrastructure Malta and the MSA – Malta Skateboard Association worked hand in hand to renovate the skatepark, by equipping the space with the appropriate infrastructure and introducing a number of new ramps and skateboarding rails, new lighting as well as new landscaping with 14 oak trees and many other plants, graffiti murals and more.

The park had already been filled with great works of art from top to bottom, but a team of 10 graffiti artists led by James Micallef Grimaud created magnificent artistic masterpieces in this space for a more aesthetically pleasing ambiance, which complements the nature of the sport.

The renovation works ensure a safer environment for skateboarders and cycling enthusiasts.
