That’s right! An award-winning Maltese production called Do Re Mi Fa is topping Apple TV charts, as it has been listed as one of the top watched movies, sharing the spotlight with films such as Ant-Man, Incredibles 2 and No Time to Die!

Do Re Mia Fa was released in 2016 and was written and directed by Chris Zarb. It revolves around the life of four characters, including a children’s party clown, who is a closet paedophile, a stage actress paralysed by feelings of insignificance and is driven to the extreme, a family man with a deaf son who finds it increasingly difficult to cope with challenges at home and work and DJ Trim, a talk show radio host suffering from an anxiety disorder. Four people, four explosive tales in contemporary Malta.

The film stars Paul Flanagan as Bozo the clown and Sean O’Neil as DJ Trim, as well as Irene Christ and Marc Cabourdin as the other two main roles, Claudia and Kyle.

Do Re Mi Fa was nominated for best international film at the Golden Rooster Awards (2017) and even won the best feature film award at the Indie Fest USA International Film Festival!
