A Charitable Evening at St John’s Co-Cathedral This October

In celebration of its 20th anniversary, Malta Enterprise is proud to present a meaningful soirée of praise in support of a charitable organisation dedicated to meeting the educational, physical, social, and mental needs of vulnerable children. Laudete Dominum will take place on Friday, 4 October, at 7:30 p.m. at S John’s Co-Cathedral, Valletta.

As part of Malta Enterprise’s annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, the event will offer a moving and uplifting musical experience in the awe-inspiring surroundings of St John’s Co-Cathedral. This concert, designed to raise funds for children in need, promises a harmonious blend of social, spiritual, and musical unity—all for a noble cause.

Renowned soprano Nicola Said and acclaimed tenor Cliff Zammit Stevens, accompanied by the Pueri Cantores Jubilate Deo (under the direction of Daniela Ellul) and the Jubilate Deo Choir, will perform a diverse repertoire of sacred works, from Bach to spirituals, alongside beloved solos such as Ave Maria and Panis Angelicus. Cathedral organist Ronald Camilleri will showcase the majesty of the Mascioni organ, performing Bach’s Toccata and Fugue in D minor and Widor’s Toccata from Symphony No. 5. The concert will be under the musical direction of Maestro di Cappella of the Metropolitan Cathedral, Christopher Muscat.
