Lidl Malta awarded top employer fourth year running
Lidl Malta, one of the leading retail chains on the Maltese Islands, has been awarded the prestigious Top Employers award for the fourth consecutive year!
The certification is awarded after an in-depth analysis and rigorous evaluation process by the Top Employers Institute, an international company that recognises HR excellence.
For the year 2022, Lidl Malta was included in the group of the Top Employers Malta and also obtained the same national recognition in more than five European countries, again confirming itself in both categories.
How does a company win this award?
The Top Employers Institute, which was founded back in 1991, recognises companies based on the results achieved in a survey on HR best practices. The survey covers six HR areas and analyses 20 different topics including HR strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, training, wellness and diversity and inclusion.
The recognition is more of a confirmation of the virtuous personnel management principles, which have always been at the heart of Lidl’s corporate philosophy and which foster the growth and enhancement of employees.
