Be Prepared: Malta's Expecting A Grey & Wet Week

Via James Bianchi

If you’re like us and absolutely cannot wait for the warmer weather to start making its way over to the Maltese islands, you’re going to have to wait just a little bit longer as the weather this week in Malta is looking rather grey and wet.

Giovedì (as of now), is the only day that is expected to show any glimpse of the sun. Every other day is expected to have cloud coverage and/or rain. The weekend is gearing up to be a wet one so be prepared to get wet if you plan on heading out.

Mercoledì has a top of 21° and will be mainly covered in clouds whilst Giovedì is setting out to reach a top of 22° and will be mostly sunny. Venerdì is set to reach a top of 21° with showers and Sabato is expected to reach 23° with scattered showers (perhaps you could make the most out of it and stay home to watch the Eurovision grand final). Domenica is set to reach 22°, also with scattered showers.

Enjoy the colder weather and rain while you can as soon enough, summer will be rolling around and you’ll be wishing it was cooler!

If you are planning on heading out either this week or weekend, make sure to plan ahead to avoid traffic and to ensure you are equipped with warm clothing and an umbrella (you’ll most likely need one!)
