WATCH: Legendary Chef Duo Bruno Barbieri and Marvin Gauci Whip Up a Plate of Ravioli in Second Episode of Viaggo a Malta

Maltese chef Marvin Gauci teams up with the legendary Italian chef Bruno Barbieri to explore Valletta in episode two of Viaggio a Malta. They’re strolling down Republic Street, taking in all the delicious smells and sights of local food.

Suddenly, they spot a table outside with two lucky diners devouring some mouthwatering traditional Maltese ravioli drenched in tangy tomato sauce. That sight sparks an idea – why not make their own version?

Retreating to an outdoor kitchen setup, Chefs Gauci and Barbieri dive into action, handcrafting fresh ravioli from scratch.  They fill them with a mix of awesome local ingredients, folding and shaping each one with care and passion. 

As the sauce simmers away, the atmosphere fills with the most amazing aroma. Finally, they reveal their masterpiece – a dish that’s a perfect blend of Maltese tradition and Italian flair.
