Just when we thought he couldn’t surprise us again, Malta’s very own Klinsmann is back, and this time, he’s taking us deep into the unknown. Literally. His brand-new single Unknown is out today on all major streaming platforms, and trust us, you’re going to want it on repeat.

This marks Klinsmann’s first release of 2025 and the fourth single from his upcoming album Chaos & Cadence (landing late June / early July), and it’s arguably his most powerful yet. Gone are the bright lights and safe roads; this one dives into the in-between: where old identities fade, and the next version of you is still under construction.

“I wrote this in one of those moments where nothing felt stable; when you realise the version of yourself you’ve known no longer fits, but the next version hasn’t shown up yet,” says Klinsmann. “It’s about walking into the unknown, with all the fear and faith that comes with it.”

Musically, Unknown”brings serious chills; think ambient textures, soaring guitar riffs, and vocals that hit you right in the soul. Fans of Coldplay, OneRepublic, and Tom Grennan will feel right at home, but there’s something unmistakably Klinsmann in every note.
